Commercial Inquiry for Supply of Hydraulic Press Brake PBH-110/3100
Dear Sir/Madam,
Our company, Special Technical Group, located in Uzbekistan, is interested in purchasing the hydraulic press brake model PBH-110/3100.
Please provide your commercial proposal including the following conditions:
1. Delivery Terms
Delivery on CIF Incoterms 2020 to a seaport (please specify available port options you can deliver to for shipments destined to Uzbekistan).
Please include in your quotation: packing, insurance, loading, transportation, and all export formalities.
2. Payment Terms
Advance payment 30% of contract value after signing the contract / proforma invoice.
70% payment upon readiness of equipment before shipment (by commercial invoice issued upon completion and factory acceptance).
Please specify acceptable payment methods (bank transfer, etc.) and supporting documents offered at each stage.
3. Equipment Requirements
The equipment must be supplied with full technical configuration and include:
Factory testing certificate
Warranty conditions
Installation and commissioning options
Technical documentation (operational manuals, calibration, and safety instructions)
4. Additional Information Requested
Kindly confirm the following:
Manufacturer status and factory origin
Production lead time
Warranty period
Availability of spare parts
Service and technical support for Central Asia region
Dimensions, weight, and packaging details for logistics planning
We kindly request you to issue a Proforma Invoice based on the above conditions and provide a draft contract if available.
